ANZSCO 2232 ICT 培训师职责概述
• ICT 培训师分析，评估信息基础系统培训的需要与目标，发展时间表，进行ICT-基础系统培训项目与课程。ICT TRAINERS analyse and evaluate information-based system training needs and objectives, and develop schedule and conduct ICT-based system training programs and courses.

ANZSCO 2232 ICT 培训师技能要求 Indicative Skill Level
• 在澳大利亚和新西兰：In Australia and New Zealand:
• 此类别职业需要本科或更高学位。至少5年的相关工作经验可以取代正式的学历要求；在一些情况下，除了正式的学历，还要求相关的工作经验和在职培训经历。(ANZSCO 技能一级)Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).

• 设计，协调，安排ICT培训的日程计划，以个人或团体的形式开发方案，并协办会议等 designing, coordinating, scheduling and conducting ICT training and development programs that can be delivered in the form of individual and group instruction, and facilitating workshops, meetings, demonstrations and conferences
• 与外部培训机构进行联络，安排具体的培训和发展方案 liaising with external training providers to arrange delivery of specific training and development programs
• 促进内外部培训和发展，并评估这些宣传活动 promoting internal and external training and development, and evaluating these promotional activities
• 监视，执行培训质量与有效性的评估，回顾，修改培训目标，方法，课程 monitoring and performing ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness, and reviewing and modifying training objectives, methods and course deliverables
• 聚集，调查，研究背景资料以完全理解ICT主题与系统 gathering, investigating and researching background materials to gain a full understanding of the ICT subject matter and systems
• 与新产品版本发布同步，改进程序设计语言，软件应用，基础信息技术 keeping up-to-date with new product version releases, advances in programming languages, application development software, and general information technology trends
• 书写终端用户产品，材料如用户培训，个别指导，说明书，在线协助，操作与维护说明 writing end user products and materials such as user training, tutorial and instruction manuals, online help, and operating and maintenance instructions
